Thank you for choosing Just Pool Ladders. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may have deficiencies. Please find below our return policy to guide you through the process if needed.

Return Conditions:

1. We only accept returns for ladders that have product deficiencies.
   
   
2. The ladder must be unused and in its original packaging. Ladders that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Steps to Process Your Return:

1. Contact customer service: Before returning any item, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page and provide us with the order number and the details of the deficiency. A member of our team will reach out if proof of any relevant photos are required.
   
   
2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return merchandise authorization (rma) number. Returns without an rma will not be accepted.
   
   
3. Packing & shipping: Safely pack the ladder in its original packaging. Clearly mark the rma number on the outside of the package. Send the ladder back to us using a trackable shipping method.
   
   
4. Refund or exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned ladder, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Time frame:

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns sent without prior communication or after the 30-day window may not be processed.

Exclusions:

If the returned ladder is damaged during transit due to improper packaging, the return might be denied, or a restocking fee may apply.

Note:

Always keep a copy of your purchase receipt and shipping details until your return has been processed.
